Facilities available

The facilities are available for you to use when hiring the hall.

The Kitchen

A well-stocked kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, undercounter fridge as well as a full height fridge, a hotwater boiler, bain marie, cutlery and crockery for over 100 people, along with teapots, jugs, serving dishes etc.

The Bar

There is a bar with two floor standing fridges, optics on the wall and plenty of glasses. You can either run your own bar or speak to the bookings secretary who may be able to arrange the hall to run your bar.

The Stage

The stage measuring 5mx3m, with curtains all round and access from the front or rear. Equipped with sound and lights available for your use if needed. There is also a traditional upright piano on the stage.

Tables

Twenty tables are available - stored on table trolleys for day-to-day use. For special events you may also wish to consider using the large wooden trestle tables. There are white tablecloths available for all the tables (see terms & conditions)

Chairs

There are 150 green banquet style chairs and banquet style chair covers and a variety of chair sashes you are free to use for your special occasion.

Snooker Table

A full-size snooker table is located in the Berwyn Room. No need to hire the room, just check with the Booking Secretary that the room is available and pop £1 in the meter for 20 minutes use.

Table Tennis Tables

There are two tables tennis tables stored in the Berwyn Room which you are free to use when you book the hall.

Heating

A sustainable heating and hot water system running off wood pellets

Rubbish and Recyling

There is reycling boxes provided at busy times at the hall.

Parking

There is car parking on site with a larger car park within walking distance in the village.

Playpark

There is a playpark adjacent to the hall which includes, children's play equipment, a space to kick a ball with two goalposts, a mini-bike pump area, adult outdoor gym equipment and picnic benches with board games.

Picnic Benches

There is a grassed area outside the main entrance with sturdy picnic benches for approximately 20 guests to sit outside.
